Hi!

I’m Allie, a first year journalism student at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.  My blog is pretty self-explanatory, but in case you’re at all confused, I’ll be talking about the different aspects of dorm life at Cal Poly, ranging from the on-campus food to providing you with survival tips for living in a campus community.  I live on campus in the dorms this year, so while giving advice I’ll also be sharing some of my experiences thus far. My goal of this blog is to provide prospective Cal Poly freshmen with the essentials they will need to be successful in the dorms as well as enjoying the time they spend there.
